DAMAGED OR LOST ITEM
If the product is deemed damaged or lost, we will initiate the claim on our end with the shipping courier. Once the process is complete, we will be able to issue a refund up to the original purchase price or generate a replacement order of the same style/size/color of the lost/damaged products in the original order. A customer care tech will be in touch with next steps after submission.
Please note, in some rural areas, smaller packages may show as delivered after they have been transferred to USPS for final delivery.

LOCAL PICKUP
Curbside pickup is available Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-2:30pm at our Fargo facility. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
ORDER PROCESSING
We ship from Fargo, North Dakota.
We process orders within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

FREIGHT LTL SHIPPING
LTL (semi/box truck, Less Than Load) gives us a great option to ship our larger products. Products that ship LTL will have two options:
Customer Offload - The customer is notified (via email, phone, or both) of the delivery day and must have a representative present at the time of delivery. Possession of the delivery is taken at the rear of the truck and it's the responsibility of the customer/representative for its safe offload to the ground, either with equipment (forklift) or by hand.
Driver Offload - The delivery driver will be responsible for placing the product into the first story of the structure in a manner that doesnot require them to remove the product from the container/pallet. This option has a maximum length of 72” and a maximum weight of 1500 lbs per pallet.
The pricing displayed during the checkout process is an estimate based on past orders of a similar product and size. With the wide array of variables that are possible in shipping these sorts of products, cost can vary greatly. Dakota Timber will reach out if the cost differential is +/- $100 of the displayed price to discuss additional fees or a refund.
