Damaged or Lost Orders

If the product is deemed damaged or lost, we will initiate the claim on our end with the shipping courier. Once the process is complete, we will be able to issue a refund up to the original purchase price or generate a replacement order of the same style/size/color of the lost/damaged products in the original order. A customer care tech will be in touch with next steps after submission.

Please note, in some rural areas, smaller packages may show as delivered after they have been transferred to USPS for final delivery.



Dakota Timber may issue a return label for the damaged product to be sent back to us at our discretion. Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. It may take up to 10 business days for the return credit to show on your statement.
